12) If the Settings of the wired scanning gun are messed up, open the manual of the scanning gun and scan the factory setting bar code, which is usually "restore factory Settings", "ALL DEFAULT", "initial Settings", "restore default values" and so on;

13) The serial port number and baud rate of the serial port gun are not set properly;

14) Scanning the bar code is too far away or too close, the Angle is too big;
