3. The width of the bar code blank area is insufficient. The left and right blank areas of the bar code must be at least 10 times the width of the narrow bar.

4 bar code and empty color collocation problem, bar code reading difference depends on the color of the bar, high reflectivity of the color will be identified as empty, low reflectivity of the color will be identified as a bar, generally, white blue bar code can be read, red black bar code can be read, yellow purple bar code can be read. Generally, the bar code with red bar on white background cannot be read, and the bar code with black bar on blue background cannot be read.

5. The barcode printing effect is not clear, usually because the medium does not match or the printing concentration value is set too low.

6. The barcode density is too high. The bar code density is determined by the module size. The smaller the module size, the higher the density. If the barcode density is too high, it is difficult to identify the scanning equipment with low recognition (resolution). The precision of printing equipment is also relatively high. So when doing barcode, also consider printing and scanning equipment, barcode density is not set too high.
